The Force Is Strong in This One
So our most recently visit to Disneyland found our kids back at the Jedi Training Academy for a second go around as Padowon. Hudson was really hoping for an encounter with Darth Vader, but I think he was sent to Darth Maul since he was one of the oldest kids. I told him only the bravest get Darth Maul since he has a face only a mother could love. I think that seemed to help. Nonetheless, he fought furiously and was victorious.
Annie also put up a mean fight with her light sabor. Taking on Darth Vader like a pro, she didn’t miss a beat.

She even got to use the force on the Storm Troopers. I couldn’t help cheering. She was so excited!

Xin Nian Kuai Le
Since we couldn’t got to China, we couldn’t think of a better place to celebrate the Chinese New Year than Disneyland. Annie and Hudson got to twirl ribbons in the streets to celebrate with these charming ladies.

Surprise, surprise Disneyland was completely empty…again. We walked onto the the Toy Story Mania ride, which has never happened…twice!
You may notice that Will is one happy camper!
Needless to say, this helped make Will one happy camper.

Chocolate with a Candy Covered Shell
Mean Momma not willing to buy Annie a big bag of M&Ms.
I know he looks innocent enough. Brain sucking M&M…watch out, Annie!
Since when did the Camry become any sort of racing car?!

The Dead Animal Zoo
This is what happens when we let Grandpa take the kiddlets out for a day of fun…
Fun was had by all. Annie asked me if I could take her back to The Dead Animal Zoo. Truth be told, I choked when she asked me that.
Of course Annie loves Bass Pro as much as Disneyland since it has a carousel. I should sell my Disney Passes and just send her here with my dad more often. It just goes to show that moms don’t know anything and grandpa’s really do know how to have more fun.

Science is an imaginative adventure of the mind seeking truth in a world of mystery…
…so we met some friends at the Children’s Science Museum in Denver. The kids had a blast with the rockets…hahaha…get it?…a blast. *sigh* They were given the opportunity to shop, paint, and organize. Suction tubes and parachutes were heavy favorites. Annie kept going back to the tap shoe area so we may be having some of that in our future.
Who doesn’t love gigantic bubbles?! Whether you are inside them, creating them or in the business of popping them, they continue to provide hours of entertainment.
