Smaller Than An Elephant…Hopefully…

Don’t be alarmed, this is a picture of Annie!

We are down to the week marker.  Shortly, we will be receiving our little baby girl.  Everyone here is so excited!  I could just jump out of my skin.  Is anyone curious how much this baby weighs?  Better yet, does anyone want to make a wager?  Feel free to comment.  I will see if I can’t get a fun little prize for anyone who guesses correctly.  I thought about giving background weights on my other two babies, but I’d rather just see some raw guesses.  I have included baby pictures of both of them if that helps.  Neither of my other children came early so these little babies you are seeing are full term babies with very average weights.  For the books though, my guess is 8 lbs. 2 oz.  I have been enjoying a lot of In-N-Out  as of late.  Hmmm…maybe that should be the prize.  Unless you live out of state; I will try to find something else.  Yes, I am now risking embarrassment, especially if I end up with a little 5 or 6 pounder.  If she is small that means those few extra pounds I have gained in the last week or so are all mine…oh dear.

As much as I want to guess in the 7’s, I will take a risk and say 8 lbs. even.

  2. Michelle says:

Hmmm… I’d say 7 lbs 14 oz. Because why not?
Good luck with the last week!

7lbs 2 oz. But if I’m wrong, I’ll still treat myself to In-n-Out.

7-11, i love that one. I’ll also throw in 19.5 inches because that is what every baby born at pomerado comes in at..(conspiracy??)

I am going to be bold and guess 6lbs 13oz. It looks like everyone else is guessing bigger. I remember how small Annie was when she was born.
