Soccer Mom

Some of my girlfriends convinced me to give soccer a go a while back.  Talk about a fabulous workout!  We play together some mornings and do a little league at night.  League is coed so it is a fun change of pace.  Will and the kids were sweet enough to come to our last game.  There is nothing as sweet as Hudson and his friends yelling, “Go Mommy!”    Most of the yells are for other mommies on the team, but it is still fun hearing it cheered from little voices.

And yes, that is me in the bottom corner just standing there.  In my defense, the game hadn’t started yet.  I don’t always stand around picking daisies.

Birthday Wishes

My not so little Annie is officially 3 today.  I can hardly remember life without her.  She has been so much fun these last 3 years.

Annie has brought so much joy and love into our lives, not to mention an extra dose of adventure.

We love you, Annie!!  Happy Birthday!

Just Coasting

This week found us at Disneyland once again.  The boys have officially become rollercoaster aficionados(Annie was less than a half inch too short).  There was just no holding them back.  They couldn’t seem to get enough of Space Mountain.  I’m sure everyone is tired of hearing about Disneyland, but at some point I want to publish my blog for my kids.  I need documented proof so that in five years when my kids tell me how unfair I am and how I NEVER take them to Disneyland or anywhere else fun, I can show them this page and say, “Yes sweety, I do love you.  Yes dear, we did take you to Disneyland.”

I must say Hudson had so much fun with his friend.  Note the crazy faces from the kids in all the pictures.  They informed me that they were practicing angry/monster faces.
