Hudson Why do we get so many babies in July?
Mom What do you mean? We aren’t getting our baby in July. It died. Babies come in other months besides July. We got you from the hospital in November.
Hudson But it wasn’t my birthday in July.
Mom I know your birth-day is in November. That is when we got you.
Hudson So we can get babies in January, February, March, April, May, June, July, August, September, October, November or December.
Mom That is correct.
Hudson How many babies do we get?
Mom At our house?…as many as Mommy and Daddy decide.
Hudson I think we should have 100.
Mom That is a lot of babies. I don’t think they would all fit, especially in the house.
Hudson It’s okay Mom, you could just buy a bus.

I love how kids simply trust that things will just work out. It’s us parents that make everything so complicated.

Maybe he’s celebrating the 100th day of school, so of course you should have 100 babies for your bus! haha
