Click, Clack, Snap

We tried Legoland out as a family today.  We did the whole open to close schedule and found it quite enjoyable.

Will bought Hudson and Annie’s love with some Legos and a magic fairy wand.  I’m sure you can tell who he bought what.

The whole park seemed perfect for Hudson’s age group.  He loved, Loved, LOVED all of the rides.  He was yehawing and giddyuping his horse around the whole track.

I took a liking to the queen…is there a family resemblance?  Prince William, I’m coming…oh wait.

Now Will loves Technics and has been scouring the internet trying to find some so I figured this ride would be perfect for him.  Ironically, he never found the right lego pieces at Legoland.  He pointed out several huge gears on display and would ask workers about those pieces and they would reply by telling him that they didn’t sell them anymore.

Decidedly, the trick to amusement parks is food.  Everyone stayed well fed and happiness ensued(Yes, President Obama’s inauguration is going on in lego form behind me).

Hudson wasn’t the only one who enjoyed the rides.  Annie wasn’t even a step behind when it came to rides.

They had a few moments of jitters, but…

they had fun!

Annie was even good to ride by herself…watch out world!

Will and Annie got some good bonding time over the map.

We had to stop for a shot with Einstein.

Maybe Annie and I found a slightly less respectable figure.

After so many Star Wars movies as a kid, what possessed Will to grab the light saber?!

Annie took the wheel and showed Will who was boss.

What can I say, families who play to together stay together!
