What Can You Say?

imh_6643There is nothing better in the world than being a mom.  I’m getting much better about laughing instead of crying when the craziness that is my life happens.  I think Will and I practically fell apart at the stitching when we saw Annie.  She is obsessed with washing her hands and puting lotion on them.  The only problem is that she will us ANYTHING that comes out of a tube as a substitute.  Last week, it was toothpaste.  Yesterday, she picked the baby, bum cream.  Look how nicely it give volume.

I washed her hair several times, but I think it just might be here to stay for a few days.  This wasn’t the only day this week that she or Hudson made me smile or giggle to myself.

Me: Hudson, do you want to help me put laundry away? I can throw the socks to you like last time and you can put them in your drawer.
Hudson: No thanks, Mom. I think you can just throw the socks to yourself.

I walk into the kitchen to find Annie sitting in the pantry on a box of Manderine Oranges.  As I observe her kicking her legs furiously in circles I inquire about her activities.  She replies, “Mommy, I’m riding my bicycle.”

HAHA! She doesn’t look like she thinks it’s as funny as you guys! Guess she won’t have to worry about wrinkles.

She should go hang out in the sun a bunch since she won’t burn any time soon. That picture is hilarious. She looks so mischevious!

Okay, so my niece did the whole AandD ointment in her hair one day…..you know the stuff that only urine can dissipate. Her older brother volunteered to pee on her head to get it out!! Hope you had great success!!!

Aren’t kids great!!! I agree that it is better to laugh than cry…or get upset at the things they do. You look like you have your hands full with your two little cuties!! Oh, by the way, I had no idea that you were friends with Sandi Henderson from Portabello Pixie. I’ve been checking that blog out for the past year now, and was presently surprised when I saw pics of you on it. Too fun!!
